Returns

Important Unboxing Requirement
To ensure a smooth claims process for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
The video must:

Capture the full unboxing process without cuts or edits

Clearly display the issue if any damage or incorrect item is found
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for refund or replacement approval.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping
